Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain products such as earrings and swimwear can only be returned if the protective seals are intact.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package the Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the delivery note is included inside the parcel.
Label and Post
Generate and print your prepaid return label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
